I got this error after an upgrad to the daily from 20050918 20:00 GMT, too.
but after toggeling my invisible state it now gone.
By default I log on as invisible online.
Btw. invisible / visile list are ok for me since a while ...

I downgraded the KDE plugin to one I compiled on Sept 15 and much the same
happens, I can go invisible only if the MSN plugin is not loaded. With the
MSN plugin loaded, the network log says nothing about the change in status,
but if I unload that plugin, things seem to work. I can even change

There are problems with it crashing and Invisibility not working. If
you want to use a stable CVS version, use the mainwin.cpp revision
that was from 2 days ago.
The nature of CVS is that it may not compile, or may crash at times
(i.e. I mucked something up and haven't fixed it yet).
