I've found one feature in licq 1.3.2 RC2 very annoying. When chat
dialog is open and message is received dialog raises and takes focus even
when auto-raise and auto-popup options are disabled. This doesn't happen
when there is only main window open.

I just commited a large change (source wise, it only changes one thing
in the GUI) to use UTF8 for a user's alias. This is used in many
places, so I ended up editing over 10 different files. If you guys can
just check that the user's alias shows up fine in every part of the
