I've found one feature in licq 1.3.2 RC2 very annoying. When chat
dialog is open and message is received dialog raises and takes focus even
when auto-raise and auto-popup options are disabled. This doesn't happen
when there is only main window open.

You are right, it stopped popping up when I disabled "Flash
taskbar on incoming message". I'm using qt without kde plugin. WM is
fvwm2.
