i've no experience of the icq-protocol but i've
noticed that when u send messages offline they don't
get delivered. at least not for me, but i just checked
out the latest version of gnomeicu and saw that it
does indeed deliver the messages, and it also sends
exactly the same package as licq except

im sure this may already be implemented but not yet in
cvs, but i managed to get it working here. as most of
u probably know, it was a matter of adding
icqAuthorizeGrant to the CICQDaemon class and of
course send the correct type of package according to
the protocol.
didnt bother about refuse aut
a user in the licq-main list is having problems with
an awful lot of packages being transfered during the
startup process, i've attached the output if anyone's
interested in having a look.
