class LiftFilter extends ServletFilterProvider
./http/LiftServlet.scala

The web.xml file references LiftFilter. The class LiftFilter extends the
Java class ServletFilterProvider and has no body. It looks like all the
logic is in LiftServlet. What makes the connection?
