Good morning Subhra et al, I am unsure whether you actually solve the Reverse-Griefing attack that the Griefing-Penalty enables. It seems to me that Reverse-Griefing is worse than Griefing, since it causes loss of funds already owned, whereas griefing only causes loss of opportunity to earn.
