I think this is currently not being implemented. Also there is a
mailinglist particularly for issues related to c-lightning at:
https://lists.ozlabs.org/listinfo/c-lightning and of course issues like
this could also be asked in the bug tracker at:
https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning
