All, I've backported all the beam collision stuff to stable/2.14. Graham, it seemed to me that VERSION was wrong for stable/2.14 -- it had stable 2.12.3 (correct) devel 2.13.60 (one too old) version 2.13.61 (also one too old) So I bumped version in stable/2.14. If it's wrong, go ahead and set
