Is there a way to skip a whole measure -- regardless of time signature
-- without specifying the duration of the skip?
I'm thinking of the case where one defines the time signature in a
global block:
global = \notes
{
\time 7/4 s4*7
\time 2/2 s2*2*5

Pardon me if this list is not for this type of error. I just ran
lilypond on source was working pre-2.0.1. I ran convert-ly with the
'-f=1.7.18' option in my source, as that was the version indicated.
Here is the non-verbose output:

The error seems to be a tex-error. So have you converted
../../templates/paper.ly and ../../templates/midi.ly
or are this original lily-2.0.1 files?

Oops. Are these reserved names? They were mine. I changed them to
bbshop-paper.ly and bbshop-midi.ly,
If these are ones you created you should convert-ly them, too. Atfer doing
this it should work. (I hope so.) So you don't need to rename anything.
If it doesn't work after converting these files, look to the file containing
horizontal-line-syntax and put it into a new mail for a bug report for
