Hi. I'm no expert, but it successfully increased distance between the 2
staves of my score when I inserted this command at the beginning of the
music for the lower stave, rather than putting it at the level of the score.

Using Safari (2.0.4, build 419.3) none of the images in

How can I convert a *.ly file into a MIDI file to listen to what I just wrote?
Unfortunately the MIDI file is not automatically generated when I parse the *.ly
file into PDF. I use the Windows distribution, btw.
