I'd rather fix clicking from the desktop, as I think that's what most

2. Write the latex wrapper yourself and use lilypond-book.
3. Track/wait for/join lilypond development. LilyPond 2.3 has page
layout. Customisation of margins, headers and footers are not yet
implemented.
