at the end of part3 did not work. Part3 was compiled instead of
Anton-Bruckner-Messe-in-C.ly, additionally the header had to include a
version and language to be compiled, which is not necessary in a
sub-document.

Frescobaldi provides a master variable (should be in the manual
somewhere). But you can also pin a document to always be compiled using
the LIlyPond=>Always compile this document function (which is also
available through the document tab.
