It looks to me as if your input file contains data/text that is not
properly utf8-encoded (sort of “unknown” or “in utf8 undefined”
characters). This seems to be near the beginning of the file (bytes 45
to 47, probably somewhere in the first 5 to 10 lines). Can you show us
your input file?
