is this file derived from? (I need to know that in order not to discard any
work others may have done in that file).

Well, it's not that I don't like it, it feels like a good name for a notation
font. But it's similarly unappropriate as

Finale that looked like SCORE notation. AFAIK, it doesn't exist anymore.
