Is it possible to raise the seviry of the bug in the tracker? It is listed
now as ugly, but in effect it is worse: under certain conditions, it makes

It looks like this needs to be done by a project manager. For an issue to
be critical it needs to be a regression error, that is, it works before but
doesn't now. Did it work in 2.16? if so, post that here:

Yes, it works correctly in 2.16. It’s clearly a regression.
I’m wondering how the backend can influence the rendering this much. In
essence, the backend just translates already made layout/rendering decisions to
graphical primitives.

Disabling the skylines feature may be a workaround, if you know how to do
it (I don't).

I've recently updated the translation of Frescobaldi and I found out a
wonderful feature that I had ignored for a lot of time (I don't know when
it was introduced..).
I'm talking about WindowSplit horizontally, which allows to divide the
input view in two scrollable panes. This is _very_ handy
They're also looking for confirmation that this is a regression bug, so you
can do that on the tracker too.

I know that notepad++ does this, but it's not a Lilypond editor.
Also helpful is the Outline window. You can jump right to a section in the
file.

Hi all,
I figured out how to do what I was working on back in November (with custom
clef settings):
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2013-11/msg00295.html
I wrote a music function that takes music with standard clef settings and
returns the music with customized clef settings.
I subscribe to the lilypond-announce list's RSS feed so that I can get
reliable, timely notifications of new versions being released, but the list was
silent for each of the two most recent releases (2.19.4 or 2.19.5). Was this
just an oversight?
DR
I sent notifications for both, and I received them back from the mailing list.
07/04/14 08:18 and 21/04/14 08:34.
