Qt4 behaviour, even when you delete a region and then undo it, the
point and click positions are lost.
But simply recompiling (even without changing a note) updates the PDF
and that triggers a re-load of the point and click positions.

Frescobaldi 2.0.5 has been released.
Main new stuff:
- code folding
- able to open files in running instance (when clicking a .ly in file
manager)
- 'output' document variable to override automatic output file name
determination
- shift-click a note to edit the line in a small edit
entities per month per engraver are to be engraved each month
from now to september 1st, 2012.
The work is paid for, on a per-entity basis. If you would like to help

By default the log hides the full path names but makes the filenames
clickable. But maybe this fails on your system.
Otherwise, LilyPond is probably sending the messages to a log file
instead of its standard output.

As of now, on Ubuntu 13.04, no icons appear but only text (Save As, etc).
Isn't it some global ubuntu setting? I can't reproduce
