OLL with 2.23.11

Now I have ownership access to the existing OLL github reposirtory it's 
about time I sat down and did some proper work on it for us.


Using the latest copy, under 2.23.11 there are a lot of Guile errors. I 
suppose that is only to be expected. Has anybody got a private copy of 
the repo and necessary mods to make it function currently? Do let me 
know, and I'll push the changes.
