cbuild2.sh: remove --dostep. It's no longer supported.
- Discovered a bug in glibc when using upstream (4.9) gcc that isn't present
in 4.8.
This is due to a bug in both glibc and gcc. See
https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2013-11/msg00291.html for some information
about the glibc side of things.
