hey grimm - sorry i can't be of more help on this as i'm slightly bogged down but a PC/Windows possible path might be to use the vb extra (off hand i don't know where it is, but it's affordable if a client is paying) (this xtra allows you to call a vb method) and use vb to pull out the icon
