Interesting article. Looks like computer skills (literacy according to the 
education system) have shifted and no one's paying attention. Prepare an online 
survey? Edit animations? Spreadsheets for year 6? Looks like someone  gathered 
a bunch of actions and threw a dart at them to pick what goes where, and 
haven't realised the world has moved on very quickly. They probably still work 
on desktop tower machines in their offices and are trying to teach kids on 
them, too. Does anyone know?
