I rebuilt the Debian bullseye package as I described here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1008840
Now recording works again.

I used to call linphone out of kaddressbook using
linphone --call %N
After the upgrade to Debian bullseye which corresponds to a linphone upgrade
from 3.12.0 to 4.4.21 this does not work anymore.
After inspecting the man page, I tried
rd@h370:~$ linphone call +4917235965xx
