Can you please try to play the ringtone sound from the Audio tab of the 
settings view, to verify that the ringtone file can be read ?


Please make sure that logs are enabled, reproduce the issue, then send 
logs here in response of this email.

I use linphone Desktop 4.4.1 for macOS Monterey 12.2.1

I receive incoming call notifications but I hear no ringtone at all.

What could it be the reason why?
