DHCP Server en Centos7 error?

Buenas tardes listeros, tengo problemas con dhcp al arrancarlo me arroja un 
error, necesito alguna ayuda de donde buscar info o bajo algun binario

OS: CentOS7

al instalarlo solo lo hice con yum
