te está diciendo que tienes un conflicto entre el archivo de la primera 
biblioteca o paquete que te nombra :


libjpeg-6b-46.el6.i686

con el segundo paquete o biblioteca nombrado:

libjpeg-turbo-1.2.1-1.el6.x86_64


posible solución rápida: si puedes, des-instalar el paquete 
*libjpeg-6b-46.el6.i686* y podrías dejar de tener el problema, (ahora 
el paquete que te da conflicto es de 32 bits, y el que estas instalando 
es de 64 bits, O.o, que onda xD)

Y lo estás tratando de instalar en un...  (archilinux, centos4, pidora,.)?
Lo estas instalando vía  (apt, yum, dbf, emerge)...?
El comando exacto es... ?
