Another area I would love to see more of, every month, not just August, would
be lightning talks on tools that tweak your Linux environment.
Bart's wmiirc-lua is one of those.

I have no problem demonstrating the interface, and the main issue that I
have with it, which is dual display, like internal and monitor, or
projector. As well, I have a sheet with all keyboard shortcuts that I
can print. It contains all keyboard commands that can be used on the
desktop to manage

I don't have an opinion on the USB key.
I think you mean that USB booting has been done a lot recently?
As a way to boot, I don't see a problem.
