Altera (the other major FPGA player) has one of these too (http://www.altera.com/devices/processor/arm/cortex-a9/m-arm-cortex-a9.html). It was announced about a month ago. Apparently they will be available in 2Q'12, and are as low as $15 depending on the volume and device. -- Glenn Henshaw
