(cesnet.dl.sourceforge.net) that s390-tools uses to get e2fsprogs

All, it appears that the default download location
(cesnet.dl.sourceforge.net) that s390-tools uses to get e2fsprogs
configuration to either exclude 3270 tubes support
or to compile it as part of the kernel. The latter is also required if
you plan on using 3270 tubes as kernel console.
