Could you post the contents of sources.list once again and tell us if you are
using a proxy? BTW., you could use the apt-setup program that helps you
setting up the debian

I've got Debian booted (or maybe IPLed), but I need to figure out
networking. Is there an easy how-to for getting OSA and/or claw drivers
working under Debian. Specifically where to download them from and how to

I think the compile problem is somehow related to the configure results.
