The Call for Presentations for SHARE 130 in Sacramento (March 11-16, 2018)
is open now, at https://share.confex.com/share/130/cfp.cgi.

The planning cycle is in motion, and the current submission deadline for
session proposals is Friday, October 6, 2017.

The SHARE Linux & VM Program encourages everyone who has experience with
Linux or z/VM to submit a session proposal. Got a success story that you're
willing to present? That's great! Got a "we had an adventure, and
overcame these challenges to achieve success" story that you're willing to
present? Even better! Got questions, and looking for answers? SHARE
provides a week-long opportunity to interact directly with subject matter
experts from a broad spectrum of the industry.

"Hot Topic" areas of special interest for the 2018 conference series
include:

  - DevOps in the Enterprise
  - New and Innovative Workloads for IBM Z
  - Security in the Enterprise
  - Mobile and Social Networking in the Enterprise
  - Cloud as a Disruptive Technology
  - Big Data - Big Analytics - Big Needs

More details on the "Hot Topics" are available at the CFP link.

SHARE provides a great venue to network with your peers through both the
formal technical program and numerous opportunities for informal
face-to-face discussion during the week.

If you're planning to attend and have a story to share, please consider
submitting a session proposal!
