I had to add the timezone for 2012 in my SYSTEM CONFIG file. I thought (that's the problem) it might be a good idea to IPL for 2 reasons, first it's been months since vm was ipl'd, second I did not know if the changes would be in affect without it. Seems vm did not come down all the way even af
