My rfs driver seems to work read-only now, however it probably has some bugs in
that code that i won't catch until i can read/write large files that test
different code paths :)

You are correct, you must have the phone company breakdown the bill for you
which they are not interested in doing.
The psc today does not allow new
customers to now remove that charge anylonger!
