I think this is an error in the document.
cman.ko kernel module is required for RHEL4 based cluster suite.
ex. RHEL4.8:
cman-1.0.27-1.el4.x86_64.rpm
cman-kernel-2.6.9-56.7.el4_8.9.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ql cman-kernel
/lib/modules/2.6.9-89.0.16.EL/kernel/cluster
/lib/modules/2.6.9-89.0.16.EL/
1.the document says there is a cman.ko ,rhel5. link is

2. i use fedara12. cman version is cman-3.0.13-1.x86_64.rpm
so i want to know when redhat do not need cman.ko anymore?

GFS2 became officially supported with the release of RHEL 5.3. As with any
piece of software bugs have been found and resolved since it was officially
released and I recommend running on the latest bits.

The cman was moved out of kernel space in Cluster 2 (RHEL 5+). Hope this helps.
