Let's say you have 2-nodes. nodeA and nodeB (this is how the public sees them). create private nodenames like nodeAe and nodeBe. Add the nodenames to both hosts files, make sure the private interfaces are set up with private addresses, reconfigure your cluster to use the private nodename. Then
