I think I may have found my problem. However, I am not sure how to fix it.
I noticed that node one shows the quorum disk to be /dev/dm-2 and node 2
shows the quorum disk to be /dev/dm-3
How can I change these ?

Hello Steve,
I have the cluster traffic going over
issue.
At my client we recently updated our g6 bios for this exact behavior.
Sorry I don't have the hp link at the moment, but it's a known problem
with a fix.

I currently have 2 DL380 G6 with and HP MSA2312 disk array. Running
Redhat 5u4 64bit. I have a quorum disk. I use the Cluster as an
Active/passive NFS Cluster
The problem I am having is one or both of the nodes will randomly
reboot. Has anyone experienced this problem

In RH4U7 the clients had to use the protocol UDP to mount the served
filesystems from a RHCS. Because,
If a server failed that controlled the mounts, it would cause stale
mounts or hang for 15 to 20 minutes
on the clients.
Has this been fixed in RH 5.X...

I suppose
to place this in the cluster.conf.

Turn port security on to rid rogue machines. As Gordan suggested use a
private interface for the cluster communications
and that will resolve the issue with the switch going down. If you use
the point-to-point nic then you will have to reconfigure
your cluster to use the new nodenames assigned
Let's say you have 2-nodes. nodeA and nodeB (this is how the public
sees them). create private nodenames
like nodeAe and nodeBe. Add the nodenames to both hosts files, make
sure the private interfaces are set up
with private addresses, reconfigure your cluster to use the private
nodename. Then
You can attach a network disk device and have it fail over with the
active system and make
tomcat and mysql dependant of the disk resource. This is the simple
route. when dealing with
clusters you should keep the KISS approach in-mind.

Did you load the Cluster software via Conga or manually ? You would have
had to load
luci on one node and ricci
strange reason my clusters
are working.
It doesn't make any sense.
I can't thank you enough for your help...!!

try removing the fully qualified hostname from the cluster.conf file.

You will also, need to make sure the clustered nodenames are in your
/etc/hosts file.
Also, make sure your cluster

post your /etc/cluster/cluster.conf file again.

I never use multiple routes. can cause you some grief. Make sure your
/etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf, /etc/nsswitch.conf files.
I use multiple networks currently and have no problems with the traffic
going out the correct paths
