1. The problem with your SIS card is a legendary
problem in Linux for a long time, due to the non-standard interface of the video
card. Inspite of recent fixes by Red Hat or SuSe(the one who makes the card)
...there hasn't till date

I seem to have have run into a problem after upgrading my motherboard.
Setserial has been unable to detect my UART. The motherboard manual says

nameserver info, but no thanks, i already have a decent resolv.conf file
in place.
BTW, I am using MTNL if that makes any difference. They have nameservers
of their own. Even then I use the VSNL ones.

The python distrib has a web server bundled (i think) with it , which has
been made completely in python. But if i want to use it can it run as a
service, I mean as a daemon?
