I put my version also online if there is someone who wants to play with
it. Many Finnish people have reported it working very well with A-Link
DTU(m) and Fujitech stick. No any success reports outside Finland still...

The attached patch inserts VIDEO_TVEEPROM to config VIDEO_SAA7134.

I'm not sure what is meant by a signed-off line, but here are minor
changes that add support for Artec T14BR (by treating it as DiBcomm's
STK7070-P reference design on which it seems to be based).
