I bought a dvb-s pci card last year . It's Brand is Orange
(orangetek.org http://orangetek.org) which is a Dubai based company .
I installed the drivers
provided by LinuxTV but the device is still not recognised as a dvb
device (still /dev/vbi0) .

I checked out last nightt he HG and had no luck
with 2.6.18 kernel i get the following.
whats the differnce between signal and snr

many months the wss-handling over /dev/vbi (avards in vdr, last time as
avards plugin) goes wonderful. Now i have a new DVB-S2 Card and installed
the new multiproto-hg-driver.

I have 3 LNB's connected via a diseqc switch The positions are:
diseqc-pos 0: astra-e19.2
diseqc-pos 1: hotbird-e13.0

both cards. Right now I'm using the Geniatech, DVBS card for testing.
