(table on page 13) confirm that dvbtune is in fact sending the
wrong
kernel that can handle it yet... is support in
2.6.19 or do I need to wait for 2.6.20 or will I have to get a bleeding
edge git tree from somewhere?

Hi,
is anyone working on an open source MHEG-5 decoder? preferably
one that supports the UK spec. There's this project on source forge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mheg/
but there doesn't seem to be much going on with it

I've got a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T PCI Digital TV Card - the one that
says FreeView on the box - and that came with a remote - plus you
don't need LIRC, you just need to modprobe hid and it automatically
because it was FAR less hassle. It is working ok as a second card now
though...
Good luck, sorry no more ideas...

confirm this?
If yes, I will manually change the .version file contents to the correct name.
Unfortunately I tried this temporarily and it did not resolve my compile errors.
Thanks,
Ty
