How to call FAI_ACTION install from a hook?

Hi there, Sorry to bother you, but I need your help. I installed FAI on my server and I REALLY NEED to put a menu BEFORE the installation starts. So I created a hook called menu and changed the FAI_ACTION to menu. After the user choose some option on the menu, I want to change the FAI_ACTION
