ip=:eth4:dhcp did not work. Still using the same wrong NIC.
The kernel sees all my interfaces.
In Debian you can edit the /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
on a live system.
But at install time this is not an option.
I have tried the "IPAPPEND 2" in pxelinux.cfg but no luck.

Did you try adding
$ROOTCMD update-initramfs -k all -u
to scripts/LAST/60-misc.sh? Don't know whether this helps or not, but it might
be worth a try.
