I'm moving from windows to Linux.
Can anyone recommend me a c++ enviroment for Linux that looks like Borland
c++.
The ideal inveroment would be, of course, free and with windows version,
but I can compromise.

Basically, there is Kylix which is Borland's port of Delphi and Borland
C++ to Linux. For more information, check:

That s not related to apache. Basically you write html pages with proper
charset settings.
