I have FlyVideo 2000 card (my FlyVideo 98 card seems to be dead totally), and

Gilad's answer is perfectly correct, but to stress things:
The public key in .ssh/id_rsa.pub is just that -- public.
You can put it on your homepage and broadcast it on primetime TV, with
no adverse effects. Copying it to the remote .ssh/authorized_keys2 just
means the remote computer

Considering that ABIWord does manage to print Hebrew through this setup

is obviously something missing in my Hebrew setup for KDE ...
