Hi All,
I live abroad and often use to listen 106fm from the following link
http://switch3.castup.net/cunet/gm.asp?format=wmak=42191714ClipMediaID=20853
The issue is that prefer to play the stream from a media player rather
than from the page 106fm.co.il and the only players that seems to
work
Problems with OO's RTF import of text boxes is a known bug:
see http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=95665
This is part of a general problem with OOo's import of RTF drawing
objects, and not restricted to Hebrew.

You are free to argue with Matan on whether this message was on topic to

Thanks for clarifying.
Makes sense that the problem with reading RTF files produced by the Gilboa
agent system was more basic and not related to Hebrew since other Hebrew RTF
files are readable in OO
Seems my solution to use Office 2K or Windows Reader was reasonable after

The URL points to ASX playlist, that is not always properly recognized as
such.
To be able to listen to the stream using mplayer, you need to specify that
the URL is a playlist:
mplayer -playlist '
http://switch3.castup.net/cunet/gm.asp?format=wmak=42191714ClipMediaID=20853
'
