Hello. I recently found out it takes too long to do a name query, and when i ran nslookup manually i found out I'm using my ISP's nameserver instead of localhost. after a few tests i found out that when i bring my network up/down the nameserver changes to the isp one. I assume it is somekind of a feature of DHCP.
