Regarding the xls files, I just found out that orange xls files where you have the details of the conversations aren't readable in open office calc. However it work in microsoft excel. In OpenOffice Calc, it appears in the begining as xml tags and the rest is something unordered. So those who do

Indeed it looks like xml file. but on the web site they publish excel xls file and it is saved on the hd as xls. I have open office 3.0 at home and it couldn't read it normally. The portable openoffice that I use now is 3.0.0 and it doesn't read it normally unless i use the workaround mentioned
