recovering from X freeze

Yesterday X decided to freeze on me - the display froze, and the keyboard did not respond. It seemes to be a probelm with my X server (XFcom_i740), since a rectangle on the screen was misplaced as it froze. Anyway - I logged in from another station, and saw that X was taking 90% cpu time . I

I have done some checking here on my Linux. I think you can safely ignore those errors. Here is why. Redhat 6.1 with KDE got some modifications. It runs on the background the program "kscd" which means that if you put a music CD, it will start playing it. If you put a data CD, it will mount it
