About performance issues, maybe you right, but it would depend on hardware
(ie scsi raid vs single ide, memory, etc), the kind of sql server to use (i
heard sapdb is very cool) and of course traffic.
I have made a source rpm (using Oren's spec file) and a binary
rpm that was compiled on a RedHat 7.2 machine.
