My suggestinon - if you are not going to send more than 10 a day. You could
automate the sending of SMS via the carrier's website. I tried automating
the login and SMS sending pelephone, but didn't get it to work. There used

servers as well as primary server if you want to.
Anyway, all your name servers should answer queries - otherwise what do you
need them for? You want your domain to resolve.
