registering any '*.*.il' domains is done using the services of
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (look for the domain order form on www.isoc.org.il/), and
does not required prior registration of the name server anywhere.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] will also peform the registration of the new domain at the
ripe whois database.
please note that unlike in the past, registering a '*.*.il' domain now
requires a yearly payment (and not a one-time payment only, as was the
case until about a year ago).
