As someone else has implied, 1 hour is the difference between the winter and the summer clocks. Therefore, it might be that the system tries to get back to winter clock (no day light saving time). The cause might be that you have not updated the Israel zoneinfo file. Here is the relevant part

I would recheck the nvidia site they released new drivers for geforce TNT and TNT 2 which were buggy before there is problem with GeForce MX and ULTRA if I remmber right Those drivers are really new only 2-3 days old I think and as far as I know open source at least the kernel module is for sure
