We have some fixes for 2.6.21 on my -git tree.
There were also two newer drivers, one for zr364xx and another for ivtv.
Both drivers exists for some time out of kernel tree.
The first one used to have, in the past, a mjpeg conversion routine at
kernel. His author removed this and
